Dieta MCT

La dieta MCT è una speciale dieta che accelera il metabolismo, aumenta il senso di sazietà e permette la diminuzione del tessuto adiposo.

Il metodo consiste nell'associare la dieta ipocalorica ad uno speciale olio da condimento definito MCT (medium-chain triglyceride). Tale olio usato giornalmente, in quantità specifiche in base alla persona, permette di aumentare il metabolismo termogenico andando a stimolare direttamente i mitocondri che sono le centrali del metabolismo. Inoltre l'MCT limita i depositi di grasso nell'organismo essendo facilmente metabolizzabile.
